Assess Impact of Annex II Tariffs on Print Industry
The Americas Printing Association Network (APAN) is taking swift, thoughtful action to better understand the potential impact of Annex II and recent tariff developments on the commercial printing industry. In response to growing concern around trade relations and economic uncertainty, we are distributing a national survey to gather essential data directly from our members.
This initiative—spearheaded by the Print & Graphic Communications Association (PGCA), with leadership from Melissa Jones and Tim Freeman—is part of a broader effort to ensure the printing industry has a strong, unified voice. The APAN Advocacy Committee is working in tandem to lead this coordinated response on behalf of our collective membership.
We want to emphasize that our approach is deliberate and data-driven. Rather than reacting prematurely, we are conducting due diligence to fully assess the scope of the issue, understand how our members may be affected, and ensure that any advocacy efforts are informed, credible, and impactful. The data we gather will be critical in shaping how we engage with policymakers, advocate for sensible trade policies, and protect the interests of print businesses across the country.
We encourage your participation in this important survey. Your input will directly contribute to our ability to advocate effectively on your behalf—now and in the future.
Thank you to PGCA and the members of the APAN Advocacy Committee for their leadership in moving this initiative forward.
Together, we are stronger.
